Yes. After you have secured your booking with us, you will receive a list of recommended shooting locations in the Dolomites.

Transportation during the shooting day is fully included. We will drive you from our meeting point (our accommodation, where your makeup will be done) to all shooting locations, and bring you back to the meeting point afterward.

Clients are fully responsible for their own transportation to and from our designated meeting point. Please understand that we are unable to assist with your public transit planning.

On average, we recommend visiting 2 locations and up to 3 outfits-including a light gown, and 1-2 casual wears.

We highly recommend purchasing your gown rather than renting, as the mountain terrain can get quite muddy.

For all overseas packages, the non-refundable deposit is 70% of the total price. The remaining balance is 30% is to be paid on the shooting day after the photoshoot.

Yes! We don’t charge extra for shooting film, only the cost of film rolls plus developing and scanning.

- 1 Day shoot: around 400 photos
- 2 Day shoot: around 600 photos

Please note that the actual number of photos vary depending on the content and events. We will make sure to capture all the important moments and details, ensuring that you have a comprehensive collection of photos to cherish.

No. We only deliver colour-graded photos in high resolution JPG format.

Yes, there is no limitation on the number of photos. You will receive all the color-graded photos from your photoshoot at no additional fee

The timeline for receiving the photos and other products is as follows:
• 12 weeks for all colour graded photos
• 2 weeks for professionally retouched photos (after receiving your selection)
• 2-3 weeks for albums & prints (after you have received your final retouched photos)

The total time needed is approximately 16-17 weeks.

We generally don’t recommend changing the booking date, as availability can be quite limited.

That said, we’ll try our best to accommodate and will check our schedule to see what’s possible.

- Weather & Buffer Day Protection:

Photoshoots will proceed as planned during manageable conditions (e.g., light rain or cloud cover). To protect the Client against unfavourable weather and ensure peace of mind, our team reserves a 1-day backup buffer day exclusively for your shoot.

- Buffer Day Rescheduling Fee (HKD $1,500):

If the Client elects to move the photoshoot to the reserved buffer day due to weather concerns, a coordination fee of HKD $1,500 will apply. This fee covers backend schedule adjustments, team re-allocations, and secondary logistics to ensure your backup shoot day runs seamlessly.

- Severe Weather Policy:

If extreme weather prevents shooting across both the primary date and the reserved buffer day, the deposit will be retained and credited toward a rescheduled shoot in Hong Kong on a mutually agreed date and time.

- No fee to reschedule a shoot in Hong Kong due to:

a. Serious illness or injury (with valid medical proof)
b. Close family emergencies (with valid medical & transportation proof)
c. Severe weather warnings preventing both designated shoot days

- Cancellation: The deposit is non-refundable.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the current condition of the locations mentioned, as they may undergo changes. Additionally, we cannot control unforeseen events that may impact the photoshoot. However, we assure you that we will make every effort to achieve the best possible outcomes for the photos.

Cancellation will not result in a refund of deposit.

Alternatively, there is an option to hold the deposit for a future photo shoot. The option is valid for a period of 3 months.
