No. We do not hold date for clients without a booking deposit.

Colour Graded Photos Delivery Time: < 8 weeks
Photoshop Retouched Photos Delivery Time: < 4 weeks
Portrait Book Delivery Time: < 4 weeks

Weddings:
Colour Graded Photos Delivery Time: < 12 weeks
Photo Box Delivery Time: < 6 weeks

Please note that photoshoots that take place in September to December are peak season, and there is a possibility that post-production may take longer during this period.

*For engaged couples, please ensure your buffer time is longer than 5 months between the photoshoot and your wedding.

No. We only deliver colour-graded photos in high resolution JPG format.

Yes, there is no limitation on the number of photos. You will receive all the color-graded photos from your photoshoot at no additional fee

An additional fee is required for expedite delivery.

While we strive to deliver your photos as quickly as possible, the quality of the final product is our priority. If you have a specific deadline, please let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

- Half day wedding: over 500 photos
- Full day wedding: over 800 photos

Please note that the actual number of photos vary depending on the content and events. We will make sure to capture all the important moments and details, ensuring that you have a comprehensive collection of photos to cherish.

Yes, we offer collaboration discounts with partnered make up artists, videographers and bridal shops.

Yes.
1) Book hourly / Max. 5 people
HKD 100 per hour: We drive and offer our 5-seater car. Tolls and parking fees are not included.

2) Full day package / Max. 6 people
HKD 1,600: Book a 7-seated van with a driver. Tolls and parking fees are not included.

No. Clients are responsible for covering our crew’s transportation and meal expenses during photoshoots.
Receipts will be provided.

In general:
You can reschedule your session for free if you do it at least 4 weeks before the scheduled date. The new date must be agreed upon by both parties and should be within the next 3 months.

Peak Season Notice: If you reschedule to a date during peak season (September to January), please be aware that the delivery time for your photos may be longer due to high demand.

Rescheduling Fee: A fee of HKD 500 will apply if you reschedule within 4 weeks of the photoshoot.

Weddings:
All crew members will use commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate Client’s change.
- Rescheduling made 6 months before the booking date: No additional fee
- Rescheduling made less than 180 days before booking date: 20 % of the total package price
- Rescheduling made less than 30 days before booking date: 30% of the total package price
- Rescheduling made less than 7 days before booking date: 50% of the total package price

1) Serious illness or injury. Such as medical emergencies.
2) Extreme weather conditions. Such as strong typhoon signals or other natural disasters.

Cancellation will not result in a refund of deposit.

Alternatively, there is an option to hold the deposit for a future photo shoot. The option is valid for a period of 3 months.

Photographers for your session will be arranged by EskimoKiss (Madi/Seb) based on availability.

Either Madi or Seb will partner with one of our trusted teammates, and on occasion, both Madi and Seb may photograph together (this will always be the case for overseas shoots).

For clients who book both digital and film services at the same time, Madi will be the lead digital photographer while Seb will handle film photography :D. Regardless of the arrangement, all imagery will consistently reflect EskimoKiss’s established level of artistry and quality.
